Buns of Steel on DVD!Here's an old favorite workout video my wife has had around on VHS forever starring Tamilee Webb. Why because it's basic, straight forward, and it works. This routine always makes your legs sore, and if you get used to it just add weight. Get used to that, just keep getting bigger dumbbells. It's now on DVD! For the price of one DVD you get three classic workouts in one. Here's a clip from the Classic Buns of Steel Collection.
This volume includes three of Tamilee Webb's original VHS Classics - Buns of Steel 3 (her first in the series), Abs of Steel 1 and Arms and Abs of Steel. Tamilee has also added a new 'challenge' portion to each workout to update the workout with equipment that wasn't readily available when the first workouts were released. Also available is Buns of Steel 2 Collection. He's a big inspiration to me as he crosses the lines between two of my favorite hobbies, weightlifting and comic books. He started weight lifting at age 13. His role model was body builder and Hercules star Steve Reeves. He's won IFBB Mr. America, IFBB Mr. Universe, came second and third in the Mr. Olympia competition, and second in the Masters Olympia. His favorite superheroes as a child were Spider-man and the Hulk of course. He always plays characters of superhero proportions like Rocky, Rambo, Demolition Man, and even the classic comic book character Judge Dredd. Hugh Jackman Wolverine
Workout Hugh Jackman likes to take his workouts a lot like you'd
imagine Wolverine would, that is with a huge amount of just plain
