Jack LaLanne Dateline Interview at Age 80
This is a great video, we see Jack Lalanne's exercise routines from when he was 80 years old. He was doing more exercise than most teenagers today. He was lifting weights and swimming like a youthful athlete. He was definitely an inspiration to those of us who want to stay in shape and live a long healthy life. He died recently at age 96, but I bet nobody lived a more happy active life than Jack Lalanne did.
